Murat Aydin is a Quality Management, Operational & Business Excellence Leader with over 12+ years of experience in medical devices and FMCG (Fast-moving Consumer Goods) sectors. After several positions in different industries with the last one at Unilever, he joined GC Europe in 2011.

He has held different positions at GC Europe and currently working as General Manager Quality Assurance & Business Excellence/GQM (GC’s Quality Management). During this period at GC Europe, he has led the quality assurance, regulatory and business excellence/GQM systems and implemented the structural improvements in all these areas. In 2019, GC Europe has received the highest recognition from the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), and has become the first company in the dental industry, the first Benelux based company and the first subsidiary company of a Japanese Corporation to win the EFQM Global Excellence Award.

He is a certified EFQM Excellence Award Assessor assessing other world-leading organizations, that complements his role in establishing excellence. He enjoys sharing his expertise and experience through keynote speeches. He has a strong passion about establishing management systems in order to help organizations to achieve outstanding and sustainable results by implementing strategies, processes, and performance management systems in order to meet and exceed the expectations of all their stakeholders.

He has a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering; Master of Engineering degree in Technical Management; and Executive MBA degree from Vlerick Business School
