Meike Salvadó is Group Director Human Resources and member of the Executive Council of Royal HaskoningDHV since 2019. “I have background in civil engineering and during my professional career I have had a wide exposure to the international business environment working in different roles and different countries: day-to-day management of the business as director of one of the offices abroad, responsible for the commercial client relationship in wide range of geographical locations, key contributor in developing and driving our company’s strategy – to name a few. These valuable business skills and insights, is making my approach to HR strategic and business oriented. Innovation and co-creation with our clients are key to the company’s strategy and therefore also in the way HR works with the business in Royal HaskoningDHV; we are taking employee journeys and employee experience as a starting point for all HR activities.”
