Dennis Martin Tolley Olsson is a passionate Change evangelist whose heart beats for broadening the understanding of how Change Management can mature sustainable businesses. With his vast experience from the largest financial institutions in Denmark, he has had key roles in customer centric units and operational areas, he has led teams in Scandinavia, Poland and India, and most recently he is part of the Transformation Office driving the Group Strategy across Danske Bank as Transformation Lead. As a consequence, he has a holistic value chain understanding of how change management can impact and influence business outcomes.

He has now embarked on a journey to mature the change management discipline across the organisation in Danske Bank to improve adoption and usage for the benefit of employees, leaders and customers. Building a common language, utilising internal best practices and creating cross-organisational collaboration are key elements to realising the intended benefits.
