PeopleSmart was founded by Chris in 2001. She has spent the first part of her career in various roles such as HR, Commercial, and General Management. These roles have allowed her to learn ways to approach issues from the client’s perspective and to deliver an exceptional level of service with a solution-driven attitude. Chris’ previous corporate role was Managing Director Europe for a US HR consultancy company. Here she was responsible for developing new business, managing the European operations and building a profitable business. With considerable global management experience, Chris enjoys working with multicultural diverse organizations to improve people and business effectiveness as well as to assist with the development of current and future leadership skills.
